PingStill monitors URLs that you configure and processes operational data required to power uptime checks, alerting, and account management.

Information We Process

• Account data: name, email address, and encrypted password.
• Monitoring data: service URLs, status checks, response time, and error summaries.
• Notification data: device tokens and notification delivery metadata.
• Subscription data: subscription tier and billing state updates received from RevenueCat.

How We Use Data

• To run checks and display service health.
• To notify you about downtime and SSL expiration alerts.
• To enforce tier limits and subscription entitlements.
• To improve reliability, security, and support operations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with service providers needed to operate PingStill, such as push notification and subscription infrastructure.

Monitoring and notification records are retained for operational and security purposes based on product settings and legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can update profile details, remove monitored services, and request account deletion by contacting support. You can also disable notifications from the app/device settings.
